      It is amazing to find a job where your values fit in the company's values and culture, being part of the growth is such an exciting experience, get to build a company from its roots is unvaluable. I'm thankful for this opportunity!

      There is always room for improvement, being heard and supported is a plus!

      Pros

      Core Group is a lot better than my last job. People are nice. Clear expectations of me and what I should be working on. Lots of work to go around. The slacker crowd left, so now there is more opportunity for me to grow. Much more positive environment now.

      Cons

      Some people don't thrive in high-growth environments. Needs a bigger building.
