      Pros

      There are few people here who are geniune and will lend a helping hand (by few, probably 5 in the entire company).

      Cons

      If you are loyal and obedient, you will be favored. If you provide opinion and constructive criticism, your work life will be a living hell. Poor management lacking leadership, empathy, and professionalism. No respect given to employees and the culture is toxic. Company is numbers and metrics driven. No proper training provided for you to execute your position.

      Pros

      CGR is a hard-working and friendly environment where people are expected to bring their A-Game to work. Great leadership, great mission & vision. Really collaborative and helpful team. Competitive pay structures for recruiters.

      Not many at all. The office coffee is mediocre?
