      Salary was decent for the grade

      Cons

      Role changed twice before I started Leadership terrible - no clear strategy and no communication of what is going on No guidance from leadership or interest in what the team were doing (I met my manager 3 times in a year) Very clique based culture - if you are in the club you will be ok otherwise you are expendable
