Pros
Good Basic Compensation, very powerful owners, loads of funding available, Agreements and Partnerships with Big Vendors (MS, Oracle, ...)
Cons
1- Culture - worst culture you can imagine 2- Management is not supportive at all 3- They do everything in order not to pay out comission (Set too high targets, negotiate why Achievements are not enough, set a threshold of 80% achievement to be eligble for comission,....) 4- Hire and Fire in a blink of an eye 5- NO Strategy whatsoever! Changes every 2 months! 6- Some Coworkers are really good, yet most of them are not doing what they are good at! Company hires Skills that dont match the role! 7- Promotions go to those who can Lick better! 8- They tempt you with a great package, a lot of promises and nothing happens 9- Worst HR I have seen 10- Bureaucracy, what takes 2 days can take 2 months (If you consistently follow up) the list can go on forever but i guess this is enough for now! STAY AWAY for the sake of your mental health!
