Nothing, beaware that they can ruin your career

Cons

Poor management, insecure leaders, no job security, politics at every level. They will move the best talent of the world on name of G42 and eventually will leave you with no role clarity, open end probation, even they fire people in probation without any reason. Most unstable company of the GCC region. Every they fire a large pool of people and next month hire again the best talent of the world to ruin their career. Pathetic company.

Was previously Injazat. Strong vision, messaging and digital presence (on paper) but the disconnect is huge between strategy and execution.

Cons

1. Company has not been able to fill critical positions for turnkey initiatives with demanding skills. 2. Keeps scheduling interviews with no concrete outcomes. Outdated hiring and internal processes. 3. No clear separation of duties.
