The organisation was a psychologically unsafe environment, especially for women. Bullying and harassment concerns were not handled appropriately, and several employees who had relocated to the UAE with their families were made redundant within their first six months. The culture overall was extremely toxic, marked by instability, poor structure, and constant organisational disruption. Employees often operated in fear of sudden termination, creating an atmosphere of chronic stress and uncertainty. The level of empathy shown toward staff was minimal, making it one of the least supportive environments I have encountered.

Too many layoffs. And layoffs are done without regards for performance. Sometimes entire divisions are laid off on short notices. Due to the hire and fire culture, a lot of employees work on survival mode. Specially so considering most of the employees' visas are tied to the company. Even technically good employees are forced to do unnecessary theatrics due to this. A lot of manager don't let their employees get visibility, since they are also on survival mode. And you can't do anything about it.
