      The salary is attractive enough to offset the impact on your physical and mental health.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, weak leadership, and a complete lack of accountability. Employees are expected to deliver results despite unclear expectations, limited support, and constant last-minute changes. Talent is often overlooked while poor management practices continue unchecked.

      - Work-life balance is good most of the time. There's always a high intensity work period, but in general it's quite good. - Office space is great, hybrid work policy is nice too. - Overseas working days are available (scarce but available) - Compensation is good, always on-time and recognised as a reference of well-paid positions in the UAE Market.

      Cons

      - Career growth paths could be clearer, but this is an aspect that has improved over the last year. - Overseas working could be better (days are very limited).
