Pros

Some of the leaders at the facility are awesome, understanding, will work with you and train you to be great and self sufficient.

Cons

Most people in leadership does not care about anything but the operation of the facility. Select people are able to work overtime, there is really no reason to want to stay at this facility if you have real responsibilities because of the pay. I have not received a full check with 80 hours for a year now and you can only get paid time and a half for overtime, if you have a full 80 hours.
