Mediocre pay and endless overtime keeps people there. That’s the only pro I can come up with about this company.

Cons

People you work with. The high priced benefits. High stress. Stress comes from policy changes, supervisors, uneducated staff as well as inmates.

Corrections can be a challenging and stressful occupation; the personnel in our care do not want to be there, our reward comes from knowing we are performing a necessary public service. Our staff work to better the public good every day by keeping their community safe and caring for the inmates in their facility.
