Pros

Challenging constantly. Ever changing . Good pay for small communities. Able to experience different training dynamics.

Cons

To many expectations with little or no staff to assist. Lack of communication leads to misunderstanding. Loss of integrity from company. Loses focus on the basics, people.

Pros

Great hourly pay for the area, 401k is a plus. Even though I haven't been there long it's easy to see this could be a career.

Cons

The biggest con is this job can consume your life if you let it. With it being a new prison consistency is the main issue, along with lack of experience from most staff

Good Pay. Benefits were not bad.

Cons

Supervisers genuinely do not care about their people. Leadership is so out of touch with people it is sad. I never felt more despised than when I did my job. I worked at corporate.
