Pros

Flexible working hours, great on-boarding and training and development. The company really immerses you within the industry. Rather than just doing 'recruitment' you're really encouraged to develop yourself, drive your own desk and become a key figurehead in your sector. Coudn't go and work for another agency after working for CORE :) !

Cons

Can be stressful at times because of the nature of the job, but made easier by a very supportive team around you.

Pros

Having worked at COREcruitment for a few years now and in the industry in general, I can say with great confidence that COREcruitment is a genuine and unique place to work. Achievements are regularly rewarded both at team and individual levels. There is a great sense of working together as a team and sharing the workload.

Cons

This is a sales environment - some days can be tougher than others. The financial rewards won't come if you don't put 100% of yourself all the time. However, you will get support to achieve and succeed

Our company ethos of integrity, efficiency & transparency are followed through 'back of house' as well; tools & training continuously upgraded; support direct from our MD & Divisional Heads. Awesome team spirit even when working remotely, with a healthy dose of competition driving individuals & teams, With employee feedback & contribution highly valued!

Cons

Recruitment can get stressful with high volume & tight deadlines - However this is the nature of the game & advise is always at hand :)
