Pros

Flexibility, recognition, rewards and support. Head and shoulders above any other company I have worked with. Lots of recruitment firms get in touch to see if I’ll make a move over to them and when I tell them what life at CORE is like, they all wish me well and carry on their search elsewhere as they realise it cannot be matched.

Cons

There is always more to be done! But then, you can’t complain about being busy in recruitment. It’s a good thing.

Pros

This is my first job in the recruitment business and I couldn't wish for a better employer than COREcruitment. It's a stressful job and the support and the familiar atmosphere here is tremendous. Even though I'm working remotely, there is never a day that I don't feel like part of the team. The way how they offering training moments and celebrate success and birthdays makes you forget that it's my first recruitment job. I even got the chance to expand my work area within months and Krishnan got so excited when I suggested it, that I felt really trusted.

Cons

Even if you think that you know what stress is, you will be surprised, I was flabbergasted for the first couple of months how much can happen in a day. I always considered myself as a tough cookie but recruitment requires a different kind of tough and that can be hard.
