Pros
The team, they are an awesome bunch of people who all look out for each other The management, I was trusted and given extra responsibilities and the things I learned from my time at CORE were invaluable. The resources you have access to, not to say recruitment is easy but we had access to so many advanced systems and such big candidate pools 99% of the time we can deliver with ease The benefits, free breakfast Monday, drinks on Friday, various extras on top of commission, online and offline training, winners lunch, holiday comp - the list goes on!! Not to be vulgar, but the MONEY is a massive pro - its hard work but you are rewarded hugely
Cons
The only proper downside I can think of is the actual job itself due to the human element and some parts being out with your control. So even if you put the work in and its all done properly, offers can be refused, counter offer accepted etc and there isn't anything you can do about the outcome.
