Solid pay, frequent check-ins, morale events, and a strong interest in keeping people around regardless of what is happening on a given contract.
Cons
Small company, non-prime on contracts, so any position is subject to a lot of admin nonsense which they have little control over.

Cornerstone truly cares about it's employees. I left a company that made me feel like just a number, and at Cornerstone is the opposite -- great leadership, great fellow co-workers, and feeling like you are part of something that matters. Ample training and career growth are provided for every employee. Wonderful social and employee appreciation events. One of the best jobs I have ever had! It means a lot to work for people that you know have your best interest at heart.
Cons
Working for a smaller company can always come with a few hiccups here and there, but the positives at Cornerstone much outweigh any limitations CSDEF may have as a smaller entity... it's great to be part of team that's small enough that your voice can easily be heard, even by upper level management and the c-suite management.
