      Compensation, Benefits, Company Moral, Leadership, Professional development. Even as a remote worker it's very clear Cornerstone cares deeply about their employees and always looking to do something extra to make them feel appreciated. This goes a long way, keep it up :)

      Fast growing company that cares about employees

      Pros

      Great Subcontractor with competitive benefits. Smaller company with a great culture. Enjoy the work I get through them.

      Cons

      Remote work has caused delays in response to emails and phone calls from most people at the head office.

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say. They are primarily subcontractors, so they have limited influence over projects/contracts in the GovCon space
