      Pros

      - good and loyal people - rich history - good diversity efforts - flexible remote work/pto I think most people are here for a paycheck

      Cons

      - poor pay - frequent leadership changes - many acquisitions that disrupt the business and create disjointed teams and products - unsuccessfully tries to use own product - frequent c-suite leadership turnover - HR processes are lacking - frequent layoffs - development and training are available but not engrained in culture
