      Client Care Compromised by Constant Change

      Pros

      Remote work. Salary and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      The constant turnover in leadership and frequent policy changes have made my job increasingly difficult. Unfortunately, it seems like decisions are made more for appearances than for actually helping clients. As a result, clients are waiting much longer for issues to be resolved. If you want to feel like Sisyphus rolling the boulder up the hill every day, this is the place for you.

      - Early trust in new employees helps them gain the required skills with confidence - Space and comfort provided to perform at one's best - Employee benefits are much better than many other firms
