      - great coworkers - good product - overall positive direction after some missteps by prior leadership - leadership seeking "voice of the customer" more and more

      Cons

      - internal resources (documentation, product support) lagged behind product enhancements, making product support/optimization for customers difficuly - customer support not always scaled well compared to pace of growth (product growth, acquistions, etc.) - misalignment across sales/prod/customer support
