      Used to be great - now just mismanaged

      Pros

      Easier to get a job with little to no experience now. Decent benefits. Unlimited time off policy. Very few layoffs.

      Cons

      Since the company got cheap and mostly hires inexperienced people now, nobody knows how to get anything done. Software is the most unstable it's ever been and innovation has slowed to a crawl. Depending on role, zero development and promotion opportunities.

      We are in transition. A number of acquisitions have challenged us to examine who we are and who we want to be. Bringing different company cultures together is difficult, but they are figuring it out.
