Pros

Pros: Flexible work. Some coworkers and direct managers are genuinely supportive and do their best to help one another despite the constant confusion.

Cons

Cons: Frequent realignments create instability for employees and major frustration for customers, who constantly lose their points of contact and struggle to get consistent support. Employees are often paid late, and leadership provides little transparency or accountability around payroll issues. The company does not practice the values it preaches. Training is short and feels like reading from an online college course, with very little practical guidance or preparation for real scenarios. There is also a constent rebrainding that doesn't make sense with the pace or evolution of the company. They are failing to meet customers where they are at. There’s also constant rebranding that doesn’t align with the company’s pace or overall direction. They’re failing to meet customers where they are.
