Pros

Not applicable, there used to be pro's, but those have since left with the change in ELT and therefore culture

Cons

ELT, Management, Lack of Organization, Blame culture instead of Growth or Resolution culture, Negative attitudes, No Support, No Communication. Run like a dictatorship. Benefits are minimal, other companies offer more.

Pros

Knowledgeable, helpful coworkers is the best part about this company. Employee benefits are a plus point.

Cons

I wonder why ELT gets to assess and judge other people when their own performance and ways of working are clearly lacking for years at a stretch. Every 6 months, there is a new story - a new product introduction or AI is coming or branding or pricing magic or RIF or focus on mid market or hire new leaders that will change the trajectory - the result : growth has gone backwards in the last 4 years and churn has gone up. Also we are not the only company with hard macroeconomic conditions. Leaders with self-respect would step out of the way when they repeatedly err and are not able to command respect or lead by example. Always blaming folks under you is not a strategy that lasts. or maybe it will in this company given Clearlake (our investor) is clueless about what transpires.
