      Pros

      Fantastic LMS/LXP but not the full suite outside that. Some fantastic leaders.

      Cons

      Very little support for those with anything other than learning software background. Product set doesn’t truly integrate. Business driven by internal priorities and not the customer

Me and my team have a unique opportunity to be "customer zero" and engage in regular discussions with various teams across the company to provide our feedback in leveraging our own products.       Pros

      The opportunity seems really good, support is great, onboarding is pretty organized and complete. Everyone has been helpful and welcoming.

      Cons

      On target earnings could be a little higher. And there are tools that I will need to know how to use but weren’t included in the onboarding. It would be helpful to update the onboarding process to include training on those.
