      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience with my current employer. Teamwork is truly valued here—everyone supports each other, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration. The open feedback culture stands out; feedback is encouraged and helps with personal growth. Support is always available, whether it’s tools, resources, or advice from colleagues.

      Cons

      While the workload can be high at times, it’s manageable thanks to flexible hours and understanding management. Overall, a great place for anyone who values teamwork, open communication, and development.

      Pros

      The people that work there try their best. Lower levels of management are, at least, kind.

      Cons

      Absolute chaos. No processes, no vision, no transparency. Multiple rounds of layoffs occur with no warning.

      Amazing company to start with.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities here to work on different technologies. Seniors/people are very helpful.

      Cons

      There are a lot of acquisitions by company due to which there is uncertainty in the importance of particular products.
