Pros

- ‘Customer is King!’ - Dedication to customer satisfaction and service is truly impressive in this company - Analyst recognition continues – commitment by this company to product innovation is very high - Talented colleagues who pitch in together and make the working environment highly collaborative and enjoyable for everyone - Empowering leaders who actively share feedback to ensure excellence – this is the best form of ‘on the job’ and collaborative feedback which allows employees to grow and develop in their roles – and this is done in a positive and open manner - Compensation linked to Performance: Yes, hard work is expected – but you are rewarded for your efforts - Fundamental values: Believe me; it’s rare to be in a fast-moving environment where respect & fairness is high on the agenda: this is one of the biggest selling points I would make about this company – people at all levels throughout the company are respectful of values and you will meet emotionally intelligent people - Fun: This company got its 230+ employees together in November for the 10th year company anniversary – huge investment to give back to its people – they know that great people are their most important asset. In this environment, you are able to be yourself and it’s important as one learns faster and develops his/her skills when feeling comfortable and respected.

Cons

- Sometimes there is a lack of internal resources, but the company is working to recruit many more talented people to come on board as the company continues to grow and expand - Work/life balance: Sometimes this can be challenging, no matter what role you have in the business (as the growth of this company is phenomenal), however from the CEO to local management they are constantly and proactively finding ways to foster a flexible environment.

Pros

+ Great company innovation related to product development and process improvement that stands behind their commitment to customers + Smart executive leadership that listens and makes good decisions on behalf of their people and customers + Incredible customer satisfaction...it's great to be with a company whose customers sell for you + Fiscally responsible + Consistent and open internal communication while leveraging their own technology to create organizational alignment ***I've worked for other excellent and very successful software companies and prior to CSOD thought that things couldn't get any better until I got here. It's a VERY exciting time for customers, employees and the ecosystem of partners!!! In my experience, there are only a few opportunities in people's career that really make the hard work worth it and this is definitely one of them.

Cons

+ If you're not ready to work hard and give it your all, it may not be a good fit + If you need a lot of structure and are not ready to be entrepreneurial and make calculated decisions, you might get lost + If you're not ready to travel, you'll get homesick + If you're not ready to put your ego aside, grow personally and challenge the norm, this isn't a place to hide out and be satisfied with the status quo

Pros

Great place to work. Good internal support and improved training and support as you come on board. Product is constantly improving and the dedication to customer satisfaction form a product and service perspective is amazing. Definitely a performance based culture but there is good comraderie and teamwork.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of internal resources since the company is growing rapidly. If you can't survive in a meritocracy then I would not recommend working for Cornerstone.
