Pros

located in large office park, free parking, it is in santa monica, safe location close to freeway

Cons

- you might be able to gain some experience, but its trial by fire and abuse - the excitement mostly come screaming customers - do whatever that gets job job done, sweep problems under the rug, finger pointing. - you can see there are people who would go at length to cover up, why all of a sudden there are raving reviews here, and all the cons they can list is 'being in santa monica' and 'only hire high caliber people'? come on, its like saying my only weakness is working too hard. you can see exactly what they are covering, so sad. - there is no culture, should be glad you still have a job, its office space at best

Pros

- If you want to work for a fast paced, fun, rapid growth, innovative tech company – Cornerstone’s a great fit - Lot of very smart people to learn from and opportunities for growth - With the end-to-end quality of the Talent Management products, ongoing commitment to industry leadership and pace of innovative enhancements Cornerstone is a vibrant and exciting place to work - you know you're with a company that's going places! - CEO is passionate about ‘Client Success’ he bookend’s almost every company meeting with statements around it. He, like most people at Cornerstone, recognize client success is what drives the company’s success, and it’s a refreshing change to other companies I’ve worked at - Cornerstone is committed to becoming one of the ‘Best Places to Work’ and has hired people specifically to work on continual improvement of the employee experience - They know how to throw a party!

Cons

- They tend to only hire high caliber people, robust selection process – not easy company to get in to - Culture is strong and important at Cornerstone and has helped drive its success, so you need to be the right fit, some people just haven’t gelled well. - Not sure if it's really a 'con' but you've got to be at least reasonably passionate about what you do - They do expect you to work hard! It’s not always a 9 to 5 job

Pros

- You get praised/like when things go right, but you become a scapegoat when things go wrong... which is a lot of times. - Free health/medical insurance - You get to work a lot if that's what you like. - No boring or laid back day.

Cons

- Your life will be consumed here, that even as you are driving home, you are still mentally working and thinking about work. - High stress and pressure - Despite being praised consistently and working long hours, expect a low raise. - Exec management have very low integrity
