You're right, things have changed significantly since we became a PE backed company in October 2021. We've done several acquisitions, most recently Talespin and SkyHive, created a new category of Workforce Agility, created a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of Tomorrow. Together., and established a new AI Powered platform with Galaxy. We are bringing all of these assets together to help organizations close the Workforce Readiness Gap. This insists we think differently, thing big, be ambitious, and be bold! Our internal mobility and promotions are almost exactly on par with our external hiring. We need to do a better job of highlighting this data and statistics as these are great moments that matter in the employee experience. I wish you well on your future career endeavors.
