Hi Cornerstar - thanks for sharing your feedback. Being in a Sales role, I'm certain you have some great first hand experience and knowledge to share that would be extremely beneficial for your manager/leader to hear about what we could to from your perspective to be more customer-centric. We have done some great work over the past couple of years investing in systems and processes, especially for our GTM teams; we have made significant progress and are always open to feedback on what more we can do to make things more efficient and effective for our Sales employees.
