When challenges arise, you’ll find colleagues ready to collaborate and share their expertise to solve problems, often going above and beyond their roles to ensure success. This culture of teamwork fosters strong professional relationships and a supportive environment, which can make day-to-day work both rewarding and enjoyable.

Cons

Unfortunately, while the foundation of the company is strong, there are significant challenges at the leadership level. There often seems to be a disconnect between upper management and the realities of what is achievable for the teams in the trenches. Goals are frequently set, or not set until after Q1, without a clear understanding of resources or feasibility, leading to unrealistic expectations. Furthermore, the company lacks a clear, cohesive direction, which can leave teams feeling uncertain about priorities or long-term strategy. This misalignment makes it harder to channel the passion and talent of employees into meaningful progress.
