Founder/Chairman Rick Rodell started this company because he wanted to “Provide A Better Place For People To Work”. That became our “Purpose Statement” from day 1 and supporting a healthy work/life balance is a large part of that. Events such as the Chili Cook-off contest, St. Patrick’s celebration, Cinco De Mayo festivities, Aloha Summer party, Senior Staff Grill and Chill, Halloween costume contest, Ugly Christmas Sweater contest, and more…are all important because we want the employees to know that they are appreciated.
