Pros

Cornerstone has a great culture. The senior management are all great men who really care about the employees. Cornerstone offers flexible work schedules, depending on your position of course. Great work life balance overall.

Cons

Compensation doesn't get spread around evenly. Overhead, non-revenue producing departments are not appreciated at times and forgotten when it comes time for recognition.
