      Pros

      Cornerstone has a great culture and family atmosphere.

      Cons

      A lot, not all, of the sales people are rude. They need to be more in touch with the rest of the company and no so obtuse.

      Pros

      Sr Leadership strong engagement in all aspects of the business. They have an open door policy that they thrive and believe in. They view talent that supports their long term goals yet balance it with long term employees. The company also has strong core values that matter.

      Cons

      Since I was hired less than 6 months ago, I cannot provide a con at this point. I would say that an area to focus on would be additional cross functional or department knowledge.

      Yes, Cornerstone does have a reputation for having extremely nice employees and a great culture/environment in which to work. We are glad you experienced this. However, we are sorry you were under the impression that we have limited growth potential. We apologize for any miscommunication. Cornerstone has experienced a tremendous amount of growth year after year since inception, especially in the last 2 years. This has added both hiring and promotion opportunities.
