      Cornerstone is known for having nice employees and a great corporate culture and we are glad you feel the same. However, it appears we need to improve making sure all employees feel they can be involved in our annual office celebrations, i.e. Superbowl parties, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream visits, Halloween costume contests, Ugly Christmas Sweater competitions, Youth Village Holiday Heroes programs, Toys for Tots toy drives, Mid-South Food Bank collections, LifeBlood donations, NBA ticket opportunities, birthday & anniversary celebrations and more. We pride ourselves on teamwork and a great employee culture. Our purpose statement is “To Provide a Better Place for People to Work”, with core values of Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty, Respect and Never Satisfied. The average age of our current employees is 46 and the average age of our 2016 hires has been 34. I will share your review with staff so that we can ensure all employees experience the full spectrum and nature of our outstanding corporate culture. Thank you for your review.

However, we are sorry you did not feel there were opportunities for growth and apologize for any miscommunication. Cornerstone continues to grow each year which has opened up both opportunities for promotions and hiring.       Pros

      Easy to work closely with staff, salary pay, co-workers understanding and supportive, annual holiday bonuses, and company outings.

      Cons

      High pressure demands & judgmental upper management, favoritism of accounts based on seniority, mediocre pay and NO raises in almost 3 years, expected to be on-call all of the time with no incentive pay or raise, sub-par medical benefits..
