      Great company to work for

      Pros

      Really great people work at Cornerstone. Company does a good job caring about its customers and its employees. Employees rarely leave - very low turnover. Customers stay with the company for a long time too - the company delivers great customer service. A few years ago the company became employee-owned (ESOP) so employees now have stock in the company. The ESOP program is a great retirement plan, along with usual 401K, that will add money to our retirement. It's a great benefit that most other companies don't offer.

      Cons

      Raises don't come as often as they should. But it could be because the company puts money in our ESOP for us - the ESOP program does give us a big plus with money after we retire.

      Pros

      It has its perks but I would recommend it to anyone. They aren't doing as well as they did in previous years.

      Cons

      Culture isn't the best there I suggest you look somewhere you wanna grow

As an employee owned company (ESOP), each employee benefits from how well the company performs. It is in the employees’ best interests to keep our customers happy, and we take that to heart.
