      Nice facility. Ok pay. Some nice people

      Cons

      If I had done my research prior to allowing them to utilize my skill set. I would HAVE NEVER worked with this company. Insufficient training. No accountability and absolutely no consistency. These things amongst other poor & tacky management makes a recipe for disaster.

      The people are great, the industry is great, and the showroom is beautiful. Very tight-knit team of co-workers. High energy and high caliber people and an engaged management staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the energy from salespeople is 'panic'.
