      Pros

      It’s a small company and you know everyone. The company is conveniently located with free parking. The company is relatively stable. The office space is a working showroom and it is beautiful. Free lunches periodically.

      Cons

      The sales group is allowed to treat other people with disrespect. Management is never consistent and always starting new initiatives but never stick to anything. When it’s time for pay increases it’s so minimal you don’t notice. You can’t trust everyone in management. There is NO ROOM TO GROW. There is not training or development for its employees.

      Pros

      nice people to work with and upper management was very hands on with projects. Strong sales team and very innovative company.

      Cons

      Company has many organizational issue and no procedures in place to help accomplish projects. This allowed for the blame game to take over when projects did go as planned. This created stress for the employees trying to do the best job for the company.

      Beautiful modern office with an open, collaborative floor plan.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management, does not value new ideas or suggestions, lack of process with little to no focus on improvement, an organization that does not care about employees outside of sales or management.
