Pros
Flexible scheduling, business casual atmosphere, free parking, free lunches/breakfast from clients, bonuses offered when times are good.
Cons
There was never any sense of consistency among management and their decision making or what was considered a priority. Pay was below average. Several of the processes were inefficient. There is never any consistency on who gets raises when and how they're distributed. In summary, management is all over the place with changing priorities weekly and many of the employees feel a sense of entitlement based on their tenure with the company. Not good for overall employee moral
