Pros

I’ve worked in my fair share of companies… this place is different. In a good way. They have grown a lot and are still growing… changes happen a lot which keeps it really interesting and challenging. Plus! I get to work from home!

Cons

Not really a con, but something you should know before you accept a position. If you aren’t ready to take ownership of your own work ethic… this place won’t work for you. They ask that you work when being paid (and pay you well)… and I think that’s hard for some people. This place is pretty great!

Company really does care about you as a person. Pay is good, people are great, and each year they continually ask what kind of benefits we want to see and do their best to accommodate.

Cons

Not really a con, but they have needed to address some issues due to the way the world is right now which means its not as “fun” as it used to be. However I believe its because they really do care about everyone and not just a select few.

This company is amazing. The happiness of their employees has always been their top priority which makes for a culture that is unmatched. The day to day expectations are basic; come to work, be a good human, take care of your clients, and have fun. We are treated like adults and are empowered to operate as if we own the business. To be successful here you do have to be self motivated, able to learn new concepts frequently, willing to engage with your peers, think critically, and make decisions taking into account all factors that could be impacted by that decision. The environment is laid back, welcoming, and just plain fun. In short, if you are looking for a career where you can be yourself, are encouraged to have a good time, are challenged in the best kind of way, and given the autonomy to do what makes sense without needing your hand held along the way, this is the best place to work.

Cons

Growing pains man. Growing pains. This company is the biggest it has ever been and still getting bigger. It's an exciting time but it can be a bumpy ride at times.
