Pros

Great people - interesting, friendly, caring, hardworking, everyone seems to enjoy their work. Great location - the Post Falls location is going to be FAB-U-LOUS!!! Just a gorgeous newly remodeled facility: modern, pleasant, beautiful! The job - love my job, plenty of room to grow along with the amazing growth of the company, learn new skills...I enjoy coming in every day. Great company - salary ranges are excellent, excellent work/life balance, lots of growing going on, for the size of the company, the benefits are good, I love the spirit of the place.

Cons

I'm hard pressed to come up with something, I've been happy with this opportunity so far...

Best Career Decision I've Made

Pros

Corporate Tools has managed to create a workplace where employees feel valued, heard and respected while still managing to have fun along the way. It seems to be the perfect balance of a well established company but still having that start-up vibe. The energy and general happiness of the employees is refreshing. The company is laidback and employees are encouraged to maintain a healthy work/life balance. The company has been designed to not have a lot of middle management which allows for more collaboration and exchange across all departments.

Cons

The pros of a laidback culture can also come with some lack of documentation and processes. Must be willing to be a self-starter and jump in.

Pros

The primary job is supporting mostly small businesses with setting up and/or filing documents. Being an expert at starting businesses may have benefits down the road. There aren't a bunch of metrics, basically a team of adults working on the same objective each day without a lot of distraction. Management is there to support but isn't driving to a bunch of goals - there's more trust than most places. There's a great deal of effort put into employee satisfaction (free snacks/coffee, pool/ping pong, and soon to be virtual golf). I'll likely be here for many years.

Cons

The marketing team could do a better job of making the company "known". A lot of the processes are informal, like the interview/training, but that could be considered a "pro" not a con.
