      Pros

      Decent staring wage, fun environment, interesting work, room for advancement, ground floor-ish: solid enough to have a great foundation but growing rapidly and consistently.

      Cons

      It's still a little new and things change quickly, so no good for those who can't learn on the fly or adapt easily

      Pros

      It's so great to see as the company grows that positions are being created and internal candidates are being considered and promoted. There are new opportunities within and outside of my position everyday. The view, deck over the river, fun work environment and snacks are just a huge cherry on top of a working for a great company.

      Cons

      We're a growing company and there's a lot of changes happening. Usually good ones, but it's a roll with the punches type of job as the company grows, policies change, people move around, but it always ends up being for the better.

      Pros

      Great support from colleagues and management, progressive management and growth style, laid back environment with a healthy dose humor on the regular. So many opportunities to grow and evolve into new roles, which means personal growth am I right?!

      Cons

      As mentioned above, most positions are self driven roles, if you want someone to tell you what to do daily, this is not your place. Beyond that, just be ready to learn!
