Pros
Individuality is respected and encouraged. Management is very focused on keeping morale high so the environment is relaxed, there's no micromanaging, and everyone gets along really well. Employees are expected to work hard, have integrity, help each other succeed, and strive for satisfaction in a job well done. Weekly snack days, a fully stocked snack bar, themed parties, and various other fun events are added bonuses.
Cons
No phones at desks, so if you need to check Facebook every 5 minutes, you're gonna have a bad time. But you'll soon realize that laughing with your awesome coworkers is way better than any social media app.
