Great Career Opportunity but Fast-Paced and Requires Flexibility with Constant Changes

Pros

They pay well and value their employees; great benefits and lots of fun work events! Lots of room for long term career growth. Plus the President and CEO is genuinely a great human being and a hard worker who believes in what he is selling.

Cons

But the environment is often chaotic and gives off a Wild West energy where people often work in their own bubbles and fail to communicate with each other. For such a large company, they often act and operate like a start up. They rush into projects and focus so much on moving quickly that they don’t stop to consider whether the project is truly a good idea or if it’s a good fit for the business from multiple angles (not just revenue) and aligns with the company’s alleged vision. Sometimes it feels like departments have each been given a completely different vision and told to run with it without collaborating with anyone outside their direct team.
