      Pros

      While this is not a startup, the department I work for has a very healthy startup environment, flexible and cutting edge technologies being used at all times. The learning experience is absolutely enriching and every day there is a new challenge.

      Cons

      Since teams are small, people generally have to wear a number of different hats, which can mean extra hours, late nights, and sometimes working on weekends. However this is up to your personal goals and not required. When feeling passionate about something you forget you're working.

      Pros

      Cortland is AMAZING! They train you for everything. They really give you the tools to succeed. The have great incentives for hard work and dedication.

      Cons

      Some of the leadership has lost sight of the CEO's purpose and how he wants his associates to be treated.
