As an open door company, any executive team member is happy to sit down with associates to discuss ways to improve manager performance and to maintain our company culture. In order to fix a problem, the right people need to be aware of it. We count on our associates to bring anything to our attention if an issue needs to be addressed.

Cortland is one of the BEST companies I have worked for in my 34 year career. I have been in the multifamily industry for 12 years and Cortland by far is setting the bar high for customer service and experience. I love the freedom we are given to go above and beyond for our residents and team members. Thank you Cortland for allowing me to grow and excel under your leadership. The tools and support you have given me will have a lasting impression for years to come. I have loved working with our design team, renovation team, new construction team, transition team, due diligence team, marketing team, talent & training team, upper management team, and the best for last, our regional team.
