Pros

Project managers and Construction Managers work very well together and are always willing to help one another from property to property. Incredible work ethic within this company and it is evident that everyone shares the same passion for their careers.

Cons

The hours can be long and the work is very physically demanding. Although the employee base is growing, the Construction Managers and Assistant Construction Managers seem to be understaffed, which has resulted in some inventory issues in the past. This has improved greatly in the past few months.
