      Pros

      Cortland culture is positive and encouraging. There are phenomenal growth opportunities and they believe in rewarding for hard work! The leadership and support teams are some of the most talented people in the field. With the right attitude and willingness to succeed, there is no room to fail! The benefits offered do not disappoint either.

      Pros

      Company expanding quickly commission structure is nice especially if your community generates traffic.

      Cons

      Upper management (corporate) can have unrealistic expectations. Employees are expected to have a couple hundred follow ups if the traffic is not being generated then that's not possible. We're calling the same prospects literally everyday and its annoying for us to call the prospects especially when they've asked us to not follow up with them until closer to their move in date.
