      Pros

      I have been in the work force since I was 15. That was 31 years ago. I have worked for a lot of companies. I left retail management as a career change in 2013 and entered the property management field. I have worked for one other management company besides Cortland. So, I do have a lot to measure my experience by as a work environment and internal client of Cortland. Cortland is by far the most satisfying and pleasurable work experiences I have ever had in 31 years. The culture is so refreshing. I have never seen a company so tenacious and focused on what right looks like and not just the bottom line. You will find integrity in everything this company does. The most unique thing to my experience is the care and concern they have for their family of associates. I have to say here hard work pays off! I have never felt more appreciated and valued as an associate ever.

      Cons

      I personally have never had any major concerns with Cortland. I know no company is perfect. Every organization has it's own opportunities. The one thing I can attest to is Cortland is growing at a steady rate. Their growth and expansion is consistent. Their focus is consistent. Most of all their commitment to excellence and integrity is consistent. If it is not working, they urgently address it and move towards a solid and productive solution with a sense or urgency.
