The only pro would be the benefits and the orientation received as Anna is phenomenal.

Cons

Corporate culture promotes inclusivity and doing the right thing, but in reality leadership is very out of tune with the treatment of it's employees. I've been in the industry for a little over 8 years and this is the shortest time that I've stayed with a company. Multiple benefits and promises were made that were changed after hire. Treatment is heavily based on how much leadership likes you and your direct leader is very likely to never have led a team before. If you're looking for decent pay and able to distance yourself from office politics, this role may work. If you're the type of person that cares about work ethic and performing well, this would not be a good fit.
