Excellent pay and benefits along with upscale communities.

Too many reports and not enough time to manage the property because of all of the reports and micromanaging.

Pros

The Company Benefits and Salary

Cons

Absolutely no support from management or upper management, hard work goes unrecognised & you are encouraged to lie and fraudulently fill out paperwork by line mangers and community managers all so they get their 10% bonus! Unqualified maintenance staff carrying out electrical repairs & installations (illegal) Staff using apartments after hours to host staff get togethers etc. One manager even went to a party in a residents apartment after a work event & then left belongings in there No room for career progression & very minimal training even when asking for it on numerous occasions. Staff moral is at rock bottom, 0 respect from management Overtime goes unpaid and you get looked down on for asking to take that time back A lot goes on behind closed doors & all gets swept under the carpet
