Great Place To Work

Pros

Good leadership. Most competent leadership I have ever worked under. They understand the industry and have structured there processes well to mitigate issues. In the construction world this is very important. This makes the resolution process much less painful.

Cons

The one and only con I found is one I believe leadership would agree with. That is third party dealings. They are complicated and messy seeing that Cortland's process has tested successfully and the third parties seem to have there own (mostly flawed) ideas about how things need to be done. I believe Cortland is better off working for themselves and eliminating that heartache.

Good core values and training programs

Cons

Detachment and less in person contact with some of the management. Some properties need stuff to be tailored differently(what works in another state surely doesnt work in another market)
