      Pros

      involved in an industry that has potential and could be a winner if they could get out of their own way.

      Cons

      Human Resources is a disaster. Senior leadership is not competent nor do they really understand what they want to do with the company. No strategy. Just cutting costs.

      Pros

      No day to day supervision. Benefits are decent. Set your on schedule. Paid holidays (@ $17 per hour). Company was formerly known as Landsafe.

      Cons

      Terrible compensation package. One is paid $17 per hour (which is an insult) and must complete $7500 in appraisals each month to qualify for a bonus for the amount over $7500. They have combined Landsafe (BOA) and RELS (Wells Fargo) and will now go out after other business.

      Pros

      Great company benefits, great holiday and PTO benefits too. Good company to work for as long as your dept is needed and deemed profitable.

      Cons

      Not Loyal to employees.... Quick to close Dept and offshore to India. Even if your department makes 90 million a year in revenue, they will try to squeeze more out by outssourcing
